Allergens In Our Food
What's in our food
Our recipes contain the following allergens, depending on the meal:
- Gluten (wheat, oats & barley) — risoni, ravioli, pasta and flour in our family meals, pearl barley, and oat-based items like our muffins and porridge
- Fish — salmon (Atlantic Salmon & White Bean, Salmon & Vegetable Medley) and snapper (Snapper, Dill & Potato Bites)
- Crustacea (prawns) — Chicken & Prawn Paella
- Egg — Banana & Hemp Seed Muffins
- Milk (dairy) — Banana & Hemp Seed Muffins, Birthday Muffins, and the cheese and butter in our Moussaka and Greek Style Lasagna
- Soy — ravioli, tofu and edamame meals; our lentil pasta is also made in a facility that handles soy
The full ingredient list for every meal is on its product page — always check the page for the specific meal you're buying.
Our shared kitchen
We prepare our food in a commercial kitchen that other food businesses also use. We don't cook with peanuts, tree nuts, sesame or sulphites ourselves, but other users of the kitchen may. Gluten, soy, crustacea, peanuts, egg, tree nuts, sesame, fish and milk may all be present in the kitchen, which is why every one of our labels carries that warning. We can't guarantee our food is free from traces of these, or of any allergen.
We sanitise the kitchen before every cook and between batches, but no shared kitchen can promise zero cross-contact.
If your little one has a diagnosed food allergy, please read the ingredient list on each product page carefully and get in touch before ordering — we're happy to walk you through exactly what's in every meal.
