Points are added to your account as soon as an order is fulfilled. Account creation and social follow bonuses are credited within 24 hours of completing the action.
Redeem your points in your account and you'll get a coupon for that product. Add the product to your next order, apply the coupon, and it comes out free. Because everything's frozen, rewards travel inside a regular order rather than shipping on their own — and reward coupons can't be combined with sale codes.
As long as you're earning or redeeming at least once every 6 months, your points stay put. If an account has no activity at all for 6 months, the balance resets — one order, one redemption, or any earning action restarts the clock.
Automatically — once your all-time spend with us passes $500, you're upgraded. From there you earn double points on everything, get early access to new releases, and there are birthday muffins on us in the box closest to bub's first birthday.
