❄️ HOW DELIVERY WORKS
Your order is carefully packed frozen in a thermo-lined box with reusable, non-toxic gel packs to keep everything safe and fresh.
Depending on where it’s left, the food will stay cold for 4–6 hours — just pop it straight in the freezer as soon as you can.

🚛 FROM OUR KITCHEN TO YOUR DOOR
Here’s how we make sure your little one’s food stays frozen every step of the way:
- From Our Kitchen: Your order leaves our kitchen in a refrigerated truck and goes directly to our courier’s depot.
- Frozen Storage: It’s kept in a freezer container at the depot until ready for transport.
- On the Road: The food travels in a frozen truck to the local delivery depot, where it’s again placed in frozen storage.
- The night before delivery(approx 8 pm), You'll receive a text message of your delivery window.
- Delivery Day/Night: Finally, your food is loaded into a refrigerated truck for delivery to your door.
- Once delivered, you'll receive a text message confirming your delivery. (Please note deliveries between 12 am - 7 am time slow will not receive a text message confirming delivery.)
This careful process ensures your meals stay frozen, safe, and ready for your freezer.
⏰ ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
All orders must be placed by 11:30 PM AEST every Tuesday for delivery that week.
