What's the go with delivery?

⏰ ORDER CUT-OFFS

We dispatch twice a week, so there are two cut-offs. Whichever one you make, your food goes out on the next run.

• Order by 11pm AEST Sunday → dispatched Monday

• Order by 11pm AEST Tuesday → dispatched Wednesday

Miss one and your order simply rolls to the next run — nothing is lost.

📅 CHOOSING YOUR DELIVERY DAY

You pick your delivery date at checkout. The dates you'll see depend on where you live and when you're ordering, so the earlier in the week you order, the more choice you get.

• Monday dispatch → delivery Wednesday to Sunday

• Wednesday dispatch → delivery Friday to Wednesday

Metro areas generally get the earlier days. WA, TAS, NQLD and NT take 3–7 business days from dispatch, so those slots sit a bit later. Your chosen date is confirmed on your order confirmation.

NSW, VIC, QLD, SA — Minimum Order $75

• Orders between $75–$174: $17 flat rate

• Orders over $175: FREE delivery

WA, TAS, NQLD & NT, Regional Areas — Minimum Order $100

• Orders between $100–$174: $25 flat rate

• Orders over $175: FREE delivery

❄️ HOW DELIVERY WORKS

Your order is carefully packed frozen in a thermo-lined box with reusable, non-toxic gel packs to keep everything safe and fresh.

Depending on where it's left, the food will stay cold for 3–4 hours — just pop it straight in the freezer as soon as you can.

Because our couriers run tight frozen routes and can't wait at the door, orders are left at your address without a signature. If you'd rather that didn't happen, email us before dispatch and we'll flag your order.

🚛 FROM OUR KITCHEN TO YOUR DOOR

Here's how we make sure your little one's food stays frozen every step of the way:

1. From our kitchen: Your order leaves in a refrigerated truck and goes directly to our courier's depot.

2. Frozen storage: It's kept in a freezer container at the depot until ready for transport.

3. On the road: The food travels in a frozen truck to the local delivery depot, where it's again placed in frozen storage.

4. The night before: Around 8pm you'll get a text message with your delivery window.

5. Delivery day: Your food is loaded into a refrigerated truck for the final run to your door.

6. Delivered: You'll get a text confirming delivery. (Deliveries between 12am and 7am won't get a confirmation text.)

This careful process keeps your meals frozen, safe and ready for your freezer.

🔄 NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL?

Email us at info@tinybeetsfoods.com.au as soon as you know. If your order hasn't gone into a run yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full, delivery charge included.

In practice that means before 11pm Sunday if you're on the Monday dispatch, or 11pm Tuesday if you're on the Wednesday one. Your next cut-off is always shown in the banner at the top of the site. Not sure which run you're on? Don't worry about working it out — just email us and we'll check.
