1. The Promoter & Regulatory Framework

• 1.1 The Promoter: The promoter is Tiny Beets Pty Ltd (ABN: 48 642 671 823), hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter."

• 1.2 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, specifically aligned with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and individual State and Territory trade promotion regulations.

• 1.3 Permits: This promotion is conducted as a trade promotion lottery (Game of Chance). Total prize pool value does not exceed regulatory thresholds requiring individual state licensing permits in the states of operation, provided conditions of entry are strictly adhered to by entrants.

2. Promotion Period & Operational Timeline

• 2.1 Commencement: The Tiny Beets 6th Birthday Promotion officially commences at 8:00 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday, 3rd August 2026.

• 2.2 Conclusion: The Promotion Period officially concludes at 11:59 PM AEST on Thursday, 6th August 2026.

• 2.3 Late Entries: No orders processed outside of this window will be eligible for the discount code, tiered rewards, or entry into the daily Golden Beet prize draws. The Promoter’s server clock will be the sole determinant of the official time of entry.

3. Entrant Eligibility & Delivery Zone Restrictions

• 3.1 Age Limit: Entry is strictly open only to legal residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase.

• 3.2 Operational Areas: Promotion is strictly limited to customers residing within the pre-established, active Tiny Beets delivery zones across Australia. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed by an individual residing outside these fulfillment grids.

• 3.3 Exclusions: Directors, management, employees, and immediate family members of the Promoter, or any agencies/brands directly associated with the creation or execution of this promotion, are strictly ineligible to win any prizes in the Golden Beet Hunt.

4. Discount Code Activation & Strict Order Thresholds

• 4.1 Manual Code Entry: The designated 20% discount code must be manually entered into the dedicated coupon field at the digital checkout screen. The Promoter holds zero liability for technical oversights by the consumer and will under no circumstances retroactively apply discounts, shipping adjustments, or tiered gifts to an order once payment has been finalized.

• 4.2 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): To protect logistics infrastructure, a strict minimum order value of $75.00 AUD (calculated before the application of the 20% discount code) is required to pass the checkout threshold. Orders falling below this value cannot be processed.

• 4.3 Tiered Value Stacking: Physical free gifts are strictly unlocked based on the final cart subtotal after the 20% discount code has been successfully deducted, and entirely excluding any independent shipping fees:

• Tier 1 ($75.00+ Net Cart): Entitles the order box to one (1) free pack of Limited-Edition Tiny Beets Birthday Muffins.

• Tier 2 ($175.00+ Net Cart): Entitles the customer to the free Birthday Muffins PLUS Free Standard Shipping applied to that specific order.

• Tier 3 ($200.00+ Net Cart): Entitles the customer to the free Birthday Muffins, Free Standard Shipping, PLUS one (1) free extra Tiny Beets Meal of the customer's choice, subject to immediate stock availability.

• Tier 4 ($250.00+ Net Cart): Entitles the customer to the free Birthday Muffins, Free Standard Shipping, the free extra Tiny Beets Meal, PLUS one (1) unreleased, premium insulated Tiny Beets Thermos.

• 4.4 Stock Shortages & Substitutions: Promotional physical gifts (Muffins, Meals, Thermoses) are available only while stocks last. In complete compliance with the ACL, if unforeseen demand results in a stock depletion of any promised gift, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that specific reward with a physical product or store voucher of equal or greater retail value.

5. The Golden Beet Hunt (Game of Chance Regulations)

• 5.1 Entry Validation: Every valid individual order successfully processed using the 20% discount code during the designated Promotion Period constitutes one (1) individual entry into that specific calendar day's prize pool. Multiple orders placed across different days will yield entries into those respective daily draws.

• 5.2 Daily Prize Specifics: One (1) winning order box per calendar day will be selected to contain a physical, commemorative "Golden Beet" token representing the following prize allocations:

• Day 1 Draw (Monday): 1 x $500 By Gee Gift Card (Total Value: $500.00 AUD) PLUS a physical, commemorative keepsake Golden Beet.

• Day 2 Draw (Tuesday): 1 x $500 Airbnb E-Gift Card (Total Value: $500.00 AUD) PLUS a physical, commemorative keepsake Golden Beet.

• Day 3 Draw (Wednesday): 1 x $500 Oskars Wooden Ark Gift Card (Total Value: $500.00 AUD) PLUS a physical, commemorative keepsake Golden Beet.

• Day 4 Draw (Thursday Grand Finale): A 6-Month Supply of Tiny Beets Foods PLUS a physical, commemorative keepsake Golden Beet.

• 5.3 6-Month Supply Redemption Limits: The Grand Finale prize is defined strictly as a custom store credit allocation applied directly to the winner's customer account, structured to cover a standard baseline of weekly family meal orders across a continuous twenty-six (26) week duration (6 calendar months). This allocation must be expended within six (6) calendar months from the date of issue. Any unspent balance at the conclusion of the 6-month window will be permanently forfeited. This credit cannot be transferred to other individuals, converted to cash, or used to pay for shipping fees unless explicitly authorized by the Promoter.

• 5.4 Third-Party Vendor Rules: The individual gift cards/vouchers for Airbnb, By Gee, and Oskars Wooden Ark are issued subject to the standalone operational terms, activation steps, and expiration dates specified by their respective Australian corporate issuers. The Promoter assumes zero liability for lost, stolen, or expired third-party gift cards.

6. Random Selection, Winner Notification, & Verification

• 6.1 The Draw Mechanism: Winners will be drawn entirely at random via computerized order-number selection software at the central Tiny Beets packing facility during order fulfillment.

• 6.2 Winner Announcement Schedule:

• Daily Next-Day Alerts: Individual daily winners will be publicly announced the following calendar day at 7:00 AM AEST via the official Tiny Beets Instagram account (@tinybeets).

• Friday Round-Up: A complete celebratory round-up of all winners will be posted on Friday, 7th August 2026 via Instagram Stories.

• Direct Communications: All winners will be formally contacted via a direct follow-up email to the address associated with their purchasing profile within forty-eight (48) hours of the respective daily draw.

• 6.3 Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to acknowledge their prize notification within fourteen (14) business days, or is found to be ineligible under Section 3, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw of that specific prize pool.

• 6.4 Cash Conversion Prohibition: All promotional prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable, and cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or redeemed for cash, alternate goods, or standard store credit (excluding the specific structural store credit mapped in Section 5.3).

7. Fraud Prevention, Order Cancellations, & Disqualification

• 7.1 The Anti-Exploit Rule: To prevent fraudulent entries, if a prize-winning order is subsequently canceled, requested for refund, or payment is disputed/reversed by the consumer post-purchase, the associated prize and physical Golden Beet token will be deemed immediately null and void.

• 7.2 Prize Recovery: In the event that a digital prize code or physical prize has already been delivered or shipped to a consumer who subsequently cancels or charges-back their qualifying food order, the Promoter reserves the right to legally cancel the digital voucher codes, demand the return of the physical keepsake, or invoice the consumer for the full retail value of the items.

• 7.3 General Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, attempts to use automated scripts, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

8. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Rights

• 8.1 Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or alters the consumer guarantees guaranteed to Australian citizens under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

• 8.2 System Errors: The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, server outages, internet connectivity drops, or delivery delays caused by external couriers, third-party software applications, or force majeure events.

9. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

• 9.1 Data Use: By registering for the VIP door list or placing an order under the 20% discount code, entrants consent to the collection of their personal information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Delivery Address) by the Promoter.

• 9.2 Marketing Consent: This data will be handled securely in strict accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will be utilized for the purpose of administering this promotion, processing order fulfillments, and sending future marketing materials from Tiny Beets. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
