1. All content appearing on this website belongs to Tiny Beets Foods and may not be reproduced without written permission.
2. Order cutoff is 11:30pm AEST on Tuesday. Delivery will be weekly on your chosen delivery day and time.
3. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so by 9pm Tuesday prior to dispatch. Please use the contact us page to let us know. A $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund, with the remaining balance returned to your original payment method.
4. We do not accept refunds on change of mind with products. If you have any issues though we encourage you to contact us. We want you and your little one to have a great experience with Tiny Beets and will accommodate where possible.
5. Organic and local produce is always used as a first preference, however, from time to time particular items are unavailable. If this is the case we will source high-quality Australian produce to substitute.
6. Your privacy is important to us and we will never share your data with a third party without your permission.
7. Tiny Beets Foods will ask customers to review our products via the third-party app “Judge.me” 7 days after an order is completed. Customers are not required to place a review and are able to remain anonymous.
8. Discount codes are for one-time use only and may only be applied once per customer. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discount codes. Once a code has been redeemed, it is no longer valid. Tiny Beets Foods reserves the right to cancel or void any order where a discount code has been used fraudulently, shared publicly, or applied in breach of these terms. Influencer, affiliate, and referral codes are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.
9. If you refuse delivery of your order, get in touch with us straight away at
info@tinybeetsfoods.com.au. Our food ships frozen and needs to stay in the cold chain, so refunds for refused deliveries are reviewed case by case. A few things help us help you: a correct delivery address at checkout, someone around to receive the parcel, and a quick heads-up if something's wrong.
